## Job description

The Management Trainee Program is a structured development initiative aimed at preparing UAE Nationals for critical middle management roles (AVP/Director level). Over 18 to 24 months, participants will undergo a tailored learning journey combining leadership training, professional certifications, and hands-on experience. Why Join the MTP Program?

- Deliver outcomes on strategic projects and complete a capstone project Rotation & Secondment: Cross-functional exposure and international assignments Mentoring & Shadowing: Structured mentorship and quarterly performance reviews
- Participate in leadership and management training programs
- Deliver outcomes on critical projects impacting organizational growth
- Engage in cross-functional rotations and international secondments
- Complete a capstone project and present findings to senior management
- Collaborate with mentors and global teams to achieve program milestones UAE National with a Family Book Graduated between 2023–2026 Minimum GPA of 3.7
- Strong career aspirations and leadership potential Eligible majors include: Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity Business Administration, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence Corporate Law, Financial Technology, Finance & Accounting, Economics System Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Analytics
