The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented, have superior customer service skills, and be driven to meet tight deadlines. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future. A DAY IN THE LIFE In this role, you will… - Identify title issues on real estate title products. - Create and provide a grade sheet that details title issues on the graded title report. - Review recorded documents for accuracy. - Address inquiries from the servicer and internal staff. ### WHO YOU ARE You possess … - A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards. - The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - The ability to quickly learn new skills, processes and procedures. ### Responsibilities - Identify and report items that effect title through or after the Loan Modification process on a real estate transaction. - Maintain open communication with management and servicer. - Attend and participate in team meetings. - All other duties as assigned. ### Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent required. - Working knowledge of real estate title - Proven customer service skills. - Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products. - Must be able to multi-task. - Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with a high level of accuracy.
