From investments in title and escrow software to industry-leading real estate partner solutions, we take our commitment to provide real estate professionals and consumers with a truly reimagined, transparent, connected, and trusted real estate experience to heart. ### POSITION OVERVIEW The Escrow Officer manages the opening, maintaining, and closing of escrow accounts while maintain strong customer relationships. This person must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment and be able to work under minimal supervision. This position is an onsite position. LOCATION This position is onsite in our Scottsdale, AZ office ### DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Effective communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal. Ability to articulate challenges and to anticipate and solve problems. Responsive to client inquiries in a professional and proactive manner. Works with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritize, organize, and execute incoming tasks/requests. Ability to meet/manage deadlines with consistent follow-through. Enjoys working in partnership or on a team. Flexible work schedule to allow for occasional overtime. ### MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience working as an Escrow Officer. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs. ### PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s and/or associate degree strongly preferred.
