## Job description

Mortgage Claims Specialist I - Remote ID 2026-3287 Job Locations US Category Mortgage Servicing Type Full Time Overview We are seeking to fill the role of Claims Specialist I. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.

### Responsibilities
- Prepare mortgage insurance claims on assigned agency or investor-acquired properties.
- Complete reconciliation of all advances to be included in the claim.
- Validate all the necessary supporting documents needed for the claim.
- Maintain clear records and reports for management regarding daily production.
- Assist with updating appropriate workstations for claim payments.
