### Responsibilities
- Ensure the foreclosure referral checklist is completed accurately and timely and all appropriate signatures are included; confirm the servicing system is noted accurately with the respective response codes
- Ensure the correct foreclosure attorney is assigned to the loan utilizing the Attorney Referral matrix
- Review daily DLQ 60 Report to qualify loans eligible for foreclosure
- Responsible for the daily executive management dashboard metrics
- Drive workflow to offshore team to complete the initial review of the foreclosure referral
