Max USD $130,000.00/Yr. ### Overview ServiceLink is seeking a hands-on Performance Engineer who owns our performance testing discipline from strategy through execution. Our platform runs on Microsoft Azure, and our engineering teams ship continuously — this role ensures every major release is validated for scale, reliability, and speed before it reaches production. You are the subject-matter authority on performance engineering across the organization. That means owning the load test framework, driving VuGen script quality, running LoadRunner Controller and Enterprise test cycles, and translating results into engineering action. You'll also embed performance validation into CI/CD pipelines and mentor the engineers around you. Success here looks like every critical user journey having a published performance baseline, engineering teams that trust the data, and a release process where performance is never an afterthought. Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance of Plano, TX and be willing to work in-office on a regular basis.
