Develop clear and precise graphic presentations to illustrate technical and operational aspects effectively for internal and external stakeholders. ### Capability Building Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. ### Relationship Management Effectively communicate to the Business Unit relevant project updates and developments that impact business development as well as provide advice and guidance to correctly adhere to the new regulations. *Please note that this job description does not represent a comprehensive list of activities and employees may be requested to undertake other reasonable duties.
