THIRD SHIFT SCHEDULE Sunday - Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM No additional weekend work! PAY & BENEFITS $23.50/hour base pay Monthly performance bonus: earn an additional $2–$5/hour — paid monthly Overtime available (paid after 40 hours) Benefits start after just 30 days (medical, dental, vision, and more) ### WHAT YOU'LL DO - Operate warehouse equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers) - Pick, stage, and store products accurately and efficiently Use RF scanners or voice systems to complete daily tasks - Build pallets and maintain a clean, organized workspace - Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines - Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals ### WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Reliable attendance and strong work ethic - Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs consistently; 90 lbs via team-lift Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet Warehouse or forklift experience preferred — we'll train the right person - Must be willing to work overtime as needed - Must pass a background check and drug screen WHY FERGUSON Stable, growing Fortune 500 company Promotion from within — real career growth Your effort directly impacts your paycheck Supportive team environment BENEFITS & WELL-BEING At Ferguson, we care for each other — your well-being matters just as much as your hard work.
