Monthly Incentive Bonus based on performance ### Key Responsibilities Ensure Inbound Shipments: Receive and register inbound shipments accurately, ensuring all goods are accounted for. ### General Warehouse Duties Perform various tasks to facilitate the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse. ### Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance Support site management in following Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records. ### Order Resolution Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold, liaising with other departments to find solutions. ### Picking and Packing Accurately pick and pack goods ready for dispatch to ensure timely and accurate delivery. ### Policy Adherence Strictly follow Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements. ### Attendance Maintain regular and reliable attendance to support our operational needs. ### Additional Duties Perform other tasks as assigned to support the overall success of the team. ### Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center role. ### Skills Outstanding attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively, and strong problem-solving skills. ### Physical Requirements Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment safely. ### Certifications Forklift or other equipment operator certifications preferred but not required.
