Ferguson is currently seeking 3rd Shift Warehouse Equipment Operators for our Lebanon, TN distribution center! If you have familiarity and experience with warehousing, shipping and/or receiving, coupled with a dedication to quality, this is the position for you! 3rd shift hours begin at 7:00 PM -3:30 AM CST. ### Benefits Pay: $23.50 Hourly Hourly or Incentive Bonus Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Disability and Life insurance after 30 days Wellness Incentives 401K with company match Vacation, Paid Holidays, Sick Leave, and Personal Time Employee Share Purchase Program Product Discounts, and more! ### Qualifications Prior experience in putaway, picking, and/or loading preferred - Strong work ethic 80%- Safety spot trailers at dock doors and yard locations; drive yard trucks between designated spots 20%- Support general warehouse tasks as needed Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required - Drive to excel in fast-paced environment - Ability to accurately and safely complete picking and/or storage tasks via operation of powered industrial equipment including stand-up high lift, reach trucks or dock stockers - Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet - Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing and/or walking for up to 12 hours - Ability to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours, based on business need ### Responsibilities - Operate powered industrial equipment, including but not limited to stand-up forklifts, in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments - Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times - Execute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units / scanners and/or voice devices - Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet - Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management - Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization *Pre-employment drug and background screening required* Ferguson is dedicated to providing meaningful benefits programs and products to our associates and their families—geared toward benefits, wellness, financial protection, and retirement savings.
