Directs All Other Necessary Activities Which Provide Optimum Service to FedEx Customers. ### Minimum Education High School diploma/GED. ### Minimum Experience One year experience in FedEx supervisory/lead roles, ex. Ramp agent/Ops Lead/Team Lead OR Two years management experience (for external candidates) OR Completion of a certified internal leadership development program, including AiM. OR Bachelor's degree OR Twelve months general FedEx operations experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Must successfully complete weight and balance training if managing any trunk ramp agents. Strong basic management, human relations and communication skills Preferred Qualifications:  ONSITE: The desired location for this position would be Memphis, TN. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week. The posting will be closed on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, 5:00 PM CDT.
