To plan, organize, direct and control all operations within the service area of the Ramp or small volume facility/Station in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a safe, secure and cost effective operation. Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operational objectives for the Station and Ramp operations. Responsible for the overall safety, security, quality, performance and customer experience of Station and Ramp operations. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ### ABILITIES Bachelors degree/equivalent Four (4) years Business experience If an internal hire- must currently be a member of FedEx management or EXCEL/LEAP endorsed Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND Bachelor's degree (B.A)/equivalent Four (4) years Business experience including, one (1) year in direct management of employees, their performance and operational leadership The one (1) year direct management of employees and their performance must be within the past four (4) years. If the incumbent resides in the province of Quebec, you must be bilingual (French and English). In addition to the usual factors used in the selection process, all candidates for positions that require driving as a core competency require a valid driver's license (e.g. Class 5,G, or 1[AZ]) and a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the date of application.
