[Apply on FedEx’s careers site →](https://careers.fedex.com/lm433-sr-labor-relations-specialist/job/28778F4A6959D5F734703501D3AB6869) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [FedEx](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/fedex/) / LM433: Sr Labor Relations Specialist ## Job description Involves the application of specialist knowledge which may include providing specialist advice to employees, management or customers, managing or maintaining systems or processes or completing projects to develop or changing systems or processes as appropriate. ### Main tasks and responsibilities - Acts as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). - Supports management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. - Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise. - Implements measures to increase employee morale, motivation and satisfaction (e.g., employee engagement surveys, work lifestyle programs, on-boarding programs, diversity and inclusion programs and training, etc.) - Manages employee relations issues (e.g., investigate employee and/or supervisor complaints regarding conduct, performance, or attendance, mediation between employees, monitors diversity/equal employment opportunity program compliance, etc.) - Labor/Union agreement negotiation and administration (e.g., representing the organization in negotiations, interpreting and administering union/labor collective bargaining agreements, monitoring compliance and participating in arbitration, etc.) - Diversity/equal employment opportunity programs, training, and compliance - May be accountable for employee assistance (EAP) and work/life programs and/or facilities Minimum Education: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. ### Minimum Experience - Five (5) years' experience in an HR or Labor Relations position Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Negotiation Skills - Written & Verbal Communication Skills - Judgement & Decision Making Skills - Influencing & Persuasion Skills Internal Posting Application Instructions If you are interested in applying, please upload a single PDF file containing the following documents: This file must be uploaded to the Workday system in the designated resume/CV field.
