We are dedicated to spreading the message of LifeWear by advancing numerous projects, such as providing apparel to ambassadors, organizing activations, and selling replica products and co-developed items with ambassadors to customers. In addition, we continuously plan and execute marketing activities that leverage sports, such as collaborations (sponsorship activities) with leading Japanese sports organizations. - What is a Global Brand Ambassador? Furthermore, we are strengthening our ties with local communities around the world and advancing our contributions to those communities. - Job Description You will be responsible for planning and executing branding and marketing activities in collaboration with our global brand ambassadors, including the development and supply of apparel for ambassadors, the creation of informational content featuring ambassadors, and sustainability-related initiatives. You will lead various projects involving ambassadors and sports, including direct communication with ambassadors and sports-related organizations, negotiations with partners (including agents), and cooperation and coordination with relevant internal departments. ・The Job Description may change within the scope of duties related to each department at headquarters due to departmental transfers or organizational changes. - Career Path In the future, the following career and job opportunities may become available: ・Planning and execution of campaigns for sports categories (e.g., Dry EX, Airism), as well as advertising and promotional strategies ・New product development for the sports category ・Planning and development of brand marketing utilizing brand ambassadors ・Planning and execution of events and other activations ・Sourcing (new) global brand ambassadors, negotiating contracts, and building relationships - Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities ・At least 8 years of experience in marketing or project management at a manufacturer, advertising agency, or similar organization ・Ability to communicate flexibly and adaptively with a diverse range of stakeholders ・Ability to carry out duties from a marketing perspective ・Business experience in an international environment using English (Guideline: TOEIC score of 800) - Preferred Experience ・Experience in sports marketing or athlete support ・Management experience focused on the promotion of talent and artists - Company Name UNIQLO Co., Ltd. - Employment Type Full-time Employee (Permanent position, with a 3-month probationary period) ### Annual Salary ・Annual Salary Range - 7.04 million yen – 13.5 million yen (Monthly Salary: 440,000 yen – 750,000 yen) ・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations) ・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations) ・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations) - Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above. - Working Hours Flexible work hours or managerial/supervisory position ・Flexible work hours Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour Core hours: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Flexible hours…6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM; overtime work may occur ・Supervisors: Based on the working hours of their respective departments; left to the employee’s discretion - Days Off and Leave Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are workdays) Annual paid leave, special leave (including leave for weddings and bereavement), childcare and family care leave systems, etc. - In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which the employee belongs) - Insurance Coverage Social Insurance (Health Insurance, Employees’ Pension Insurance, Employment Insurance, Workers’ Compensation Insurance, Long-Term Care Insurance) - Employee Benefits Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Mutual Aid Association, Partnered Welfare Programs, Employee Discount Program, Cafeteria, Dedicated Shuttle Bus (for commuting to the Ariake Office), Defined Contribution Pension Plan - Other ・We are actively hiring mid-career professionals across various Group companies (Fast Retailing, UNIQLO, GU, etc.).
