Independent Crop Insurance Adjusters Hudson Crop & Livestock is seeking skilled and motivated Independent Adjusters to join our team! We’re looking for professionals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate, timely service to our insureds and agency partners. ### What You’ll Do - Conduct field inspections and gather accurate claim information - Review and interpret policy provisions and crop program guidelines - Communicate professionally with insureds, agents, and internal teams - Submit complete, timely, and compliant claim documentation Represent Hudson Crop with integrity, accuracy, and outstanding customer service ### What We’re Looking For Previous crop adjusting experience - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel Current adjuster certification or willingness to complete required training Why Work With Us Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling Supportive team and responsive staff If you are a self-starter who thrives in a field-based role and takes pride in delivering quality work, we’d love to hear from you.
