What Role will You Play in Our Team Planning analyst: will evaluate and improve the organization's planning processes by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making. ### What Will You Do Data Analysis Gather and analyze data to support planning activities. ### Reporting Prepare detailed reports and presentations. ### Process Evaluation Evaluate current planning processes and recommend improvements. ### Collaboration Work with finance, operations, and other departments to align planning activities. ### KPI Monitoring Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). ### Strategic Planning Assist in developing annual/long-term strategic plans. ### Scenario Analysis Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting. ### Model Maintenance Maintain and update planning models and tools. ### Skills and Qualifications Degree in Engineering/Technology (in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil. Electrical, Production, industrial, plastic, petrochemical, electronics are preferred) with GPA 6.5+. 3-7 years in data analysis and planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power BI, excellent communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, strong organizational skills. Nothing herein is intended to override the corporate separateness of local entities.
