## Job description

### Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Process payable invoices booking
- Process vendor payments after branch approval Payment and accounting exception managment
- Review and approve cash requests Be involved and suggest system / process improvements
- Meet compliance at all times Be open to implementing new system changes and enhancements into the department Play a supporting role on projects that improve productivity level per desk

## Qualifications

Good accounting knowledge Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results Pro-active approach, strong organizational skills Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word) Fluent in English
