We may also assign you to a special project during your internship. The internship will include an orientation on the overview of the organization, project, field work (if relevant), guided hands-on practices. If you show yourself to be a cut above the rest, you may be recommended for potential hire upon graduation or at the end of the internship. Features of the internship Full-Time Internship, 5 days a week for total of 12 to 16 weeks program Structured training curriculum in specific operations and personal development areas Mentorship from various stakeholders for professional and personal career guidance Exposure to different aspect of the business Opportunity to demonstrate potential and capability by supporting various projects ## Qualifications ### Qualifications Requirements Currently in Polytechnic curriculum Interns are encouraged to spend at least 12 - 16 weeks with us for a more purposeful experience Excellent communication skills are a must - spoken and written English skills are required Good interpersonal skills - ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers Self-motivated with ability to multi-task Good team player with positive attitude. and at the same time, also ability to work independently Computer literate and able to operate email Good organizational skills with attention to detail Possess a “can do” attitude and pro-active demeanor Committed to the job and work assignments given.
