## Job description

Per rafforzare il nostro team in Ticino- Morbio Inferiore, siamo alla ricerca di una persona motivata e con esperienza per il settore Seafreight. Se hai una passione per la logistica internazionale, ti piace assumerti responsabilità e desideri crescere in un ambiente dinamico, allora sei la persona giusta per noi!
- Gestione autonoma di spedizioni via mare (booking,ritiri, etc.)
- Assistenza e consulenza ai nostri clienti per garantire la massima qualità del servizio e ampliare le relazioni commerciali
- Corrispondenza con i partner commerciali (compagnie marittime etc.) e le nostre filiali in tutto il mondo per garantire processi senza intoppi
- Progettazione e implementazione di processi su misura (SOP) per il raggiungimento dei KPI concordati e l'ottimizzazione della qualità dei processi

## Qualifications
- Apprendistato commerciale completato, preferibilmente nel settore delle spedizioni
- Minimo 2 anni di esperienza professionale nel settore marittimo
- Metodo di lavoro strutturato e attento alla qualità
- Spiccato orientamento al cliente e capacità di lavorare in team
- Ottima conoscenza scritta e parlata dell'inglese (livello minimo B2). Conoscenza del Tedesco costituisce titolo preferenziale
