Inclusive but not limited to: Creating and updating Contracts and personnel folders Database and internal systems upkeep Sick leave and leave processing Disciplinary meetings and other meetings documentation Policies and procedures Understanding needs and requirements and act as a supporting function for staff Update internal procedures and function alongside the dynamic changes of the operations. - Support Studio Employees with all HR related matters - Develop proposals for job productivity and efficiency increase - Create and develop meaningful relationships with all members of staff, acting as a communication portal and hub for information sharing. Participate in HR Department projects. ### Medical Examinations Schedule and communicate medical appointments. ### Manage Medical Leave Handle medical leave processes, including validation, reimbursement, and record-keeping. ### Social Security Affiliations Process social security affiliations and necessary paperwork. ## Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of experience working in Human Resources; Higher academic or professional education in the Human Resources area or similar; or last year students.
