## Job description

Mēs meklējam atbildīgu un praktisku cilvēku, kurš uzlabos un uzturēs tehnisko un vizuālo kārtību ēkā, palīdzēs biroja vadībai dažādos pieprasījumos, kā arī uzņemsies visus fiziski smagos darbus.

### Galvenie pienākumi

Transportēt un pārvietot preces vai aprīkojumu atbilstoši norādījumiem. Nodrošināt uzņēmuma ēku sistēmu regulāru uzturēšanu un tehnisko atbalstu, novērst nelielus bojājumus, kā arī identificēt un ziņot par nepieciešamību veikt lielākus remontdarbus. Novērtēt ēkas tehnisko stāvokli un remontēt mehāniskās sistēmas, nodrošinot to atbilstību veselības aizsardzības un darba drošības standartiem. Piedalīties ventilācijas, dzesēšanas un citu sistēmu uzstādīšanā, kā arī veikt to remontu nepieciešamības gadījumā.

Veikt mēbeļu demontāžu, montāžu un remontu pēc nepieciešamības. Veikt dažādus nelielus remontdarbus manuāli (salabot slēdzenes, veikt lokālu sienu krāsošanu, špaktelēšanas darbus, nomainīt spuldzes, veikt nelielus santehnikas remontdarbus u.c.). Uzraudzīt un pavadīt speciālistus un apakšuzņēmēju darbiniekus, kuri strādā ar ēkas tehniskajām sistēmām. Veikt vienkāršus elektromontāžas darbus un noteikt, kad nepieciešama kvalificēta elektriķa iesaiste.

Uzturēt apkures un santehnikas sistēmas darba kārtībā, nodrošinot to funkcionalitāti. We are looking for a responsible and handy person to improve and maintain technical and visual conditions in the building, assist Office Management in different requests as well as take over all physically heavy duties.

### Key responsibilities

Transport and carry goods or equipment as assigned. To provide ongoing maintenance and support of the companys building systems and be able to fix minor defects, identify and report the need for major repairs. Evaluate building condition and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.

Dismantles and installs and repairs furniture if required. Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, local wall painting, putty, replaces light bulbs, makes minor plumbing repairs etc.) Supervise and escort specialists and sub-contractors working with the building technical systems. Performs basic electrical work and determines when a electrician is required. Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.

## Qualifications

Vismaz vidējā izglītība. Pamatzināšanas angļu un krievu valodā darba pienākumu veikšanai – darbam ar uzņēmuma iekšējām sistēmām un ikdienas saziņai ar citiem starptautiskajiem departamentiem. Labas latviešu valodas zināšanas. Zināšanas par vispārējiem ēku uzturēšanas un remonta procesiem un metodēm. Labas praktiskās iemaņas darbā ar rokām un problēmu risināšanas prasmes. Pamatzināšanas darbā ar MS Office programmām. Labas komunikācijas prasmes.

Augsta atbildības sajūta. Spēja strādāt gan komandā, gan patstāvīgi.

### Qualifications

At least secondary education. Basic knowledge of English and Russian language for performing job duties – working with the company's internal systems and daily communication with other international departments. Good knowledge of Latvian language. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods. Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of MS Office. Good communication ability. High sense of responsibility.

Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
