## Job description

### How a shift looks like

You take your seat at a beautifully lit broadcast table, go live to thousands of online players, host games like blackjack, roulette, and other fan favorites, interact with the live player chat, and keep things moving with professionalism and energy. Every shift is a live performance — with a paycheck to match.

### What we pay

## Qualifications

18 years of age or older Available for flexible scheduling — evenings, weekends, and holidays Eligible to obtain a CT gaming license (provided and paid by Evolution) Clear pre-employment background check Professional on-camera appearance — detailed guidelines provided at time of hire Must read and speak English fluently This is a full-time, in-studio position at our Fairfield, CT location. Remote work is not available for this role.
