## Job description

Meklējam Elektroinženieri, kurš nodrošinās uzņēmuma elektroapgādes infrastruktūras drošu, nepārtrauktu un efektīvu darbību Latvijā, ar iespēju nākotnē pārņemt atbildību arī par elektroinfrastruktūru citās Eiropas valstīs. Šī loma piemērota speciālistam ar pieredzi elektroietaišu uzturēšanā, UPS un ģeneratoru sistēmās, elektroenerģijas uzskaitē un infrastruktūras tehniskajā pārvaldībā.

### Galvenie pienākumi

Nodrošināt elektroietaišu drošu, nepārtrauktu un efektīvu darbību, uzturēšanu un attīstību. Organizēt un uzraudzīt elektroietaišu, sadales skapju un saistītās infrastruktūras apkopi, diagnostiku un remontu. Nodrošināt UPS sistēmu un rezerves elektroģeneratoru uzraudzību, testēšanu un darbspēju. Uzraudzīt rezerves elektroapgādes risinājumu gatavību ārkārtas situācijām. Veikt elektroenerģijas uzskaiti, mērījumus un datu analīzi, identificējot efektivitātes un izmaksu optimizācijas iespējas.

Diagnosticēt bojājumus, koordinēt remontdarbus un tehnisko speciālistu darbu. Piedalīties elektroapgādes infrastruktūras projektu plānošanā, izbūvē un modernizācijā. Izstrādāt un uzturēt tehnisko dokumentāciju, procedūras, shēmas un instrukcijas. Nodrošināt atbilstību drošības prasībām, uzņēmuma standartiem un servisa līmeņiem. Piedalīties risku novērtēšanā, preventīvās apkopes plānošanā un darbības nepārtrauktības nodrošināšanā.

Nepieciešamības gadījumā sniegt tehnisko atbalstu ārpus darba laika. Nākotnē paplašināt atbildību uz uzņēmuma objektiem citās Eiropas valstīs. We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the company's electrical infrastructure in Latvia, with the opportunity to take responsibility for facilities across other European locations in the future. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in electrical equipment maintenance, UPS and generator systems, energy metering, and technical infrastructure management.

### Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safe, continuous, and efficient operation, maintenance, and development of electrical installations. Organize and supervise maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of electrical systems, switchboards, and related infrastructure. Oversee monitoring, testing, and operational readiness of UPS systems and backup power generators. Ensure emergency backup power solutions are maintained and ready for use. Perform energy metering, electrical measurements, and data analysis to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.

Diagnose failures, coordinate repairs, and manage technical specialists and service providers. Participate in the planning, implementation, expansion, and modernization of electrical infrastructure projects. Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, diagrams, and instructions. Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and service levels. Participate in risk assessments, preventive maintenance planning, and business continuity initiatives.

Provide technical support outside standard working hours when required. Expand responsibility to company facilities across Europe as the role develops.

## Qualifications

### Prasības

Augstākā izglītība elektrotehnikā, elektroinženierijā vai līdzīgā jomā. Vismaz 3 gadu pieredze elektroietaišu uzturēšanā, diagnostikā un bojājumu novēršanā. Pieredze darbā ar UPS sistēmām un rezerves elektroģeneratoriem. Izpratne par elektroenerģijas sadales sistēmām un aizsardzības risinājumiem. Pieredze elektroenerģijas uzskaitē, mērījumos un datu analīzē. Spēja lasīt elektroshēmas un tehniskos rasējumus. AutoCAD zināšanas.

Labas latviešu un angļu valodas zināšanas. Spēja pieņemt patstāvīgus tehniskus lēmumus un koordinēt sadarbības partnerus. Gatavība komandējumiem Latvijā un citās Eiropas valstīs.

### Par priekšrocību uzskatīsim

Pieredzi kritiskās infrastruktūras, datu centru, ražotņu vai loģistikas objektu elektroapgādes uzturēšanā. Pieredzi ar vidējā un zemā sprieguma elektroietaisēm. Pieredzi ar BMS/EMS vai citām monitoringa un vadības sistēmām. Zināšanas par elektroenerģijas kvalitātes mērījumiem. Pieredzi tehnisko projektu vadībā. Profesionālos sertifikātus darbam ar elektroietaisēm. Vēlmi attīstīties par uzņēmuma elektroinfrastruktūras tehnisko atbildīgo Eiropas reģionā.

### Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical installation maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with UPS systems and backup generators. Strong understanding of power distribution systems and protection solutions. Experience in energy metering, electrical measurements, and data analysis. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.

Knowledge of AutoCAD. Good command of Latvian and English. Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and coordinate external partners. Willingness to travel within Latvia and other European countries.

### Preferred Qualifications

Experience with critical infrastructure, data centers, manufacturing, logistics, or similar complex environments. Experience with medium- and low-voltage electrical installations. Experience with BMS, EMS, or other power monitoring and control systems. Knowledge of power quality measurements and analysis. Experience managing technical projects. Relevant professional certifications. Interest in developing into a regional electrical infrastructure lead role across Europe.
