## Job description

We are now looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! The Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and coordinating pre-hire activities. You would be trusted with leading the recruitments in Colombia. Manage full life cycle of the massive recruitment process for our Game Presenters roles.
- Identify and engage with the best talent on the market
- Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs Find the best possible channels and activities for talent acquisition purposes; Take part in active massive sourcing
- Set up and maintain recruitment systems
- Coordinate and ensure the completion of all required documentation throughout the hiring and onboarding process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and new hire documentation in accordance with internal processes and requirements.

## Qualifications
- 2 years of proven hands-on experience in massive recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required Previous experience in high-volume recruiting Experience with Talent acquisition KPI's
- Excellent verbal and written communication Enlgish skills
- Excellent organization skills Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels in Colombia Passion for massive talent attraction and recruitment Achievement-oriented attitude Willingness to progress and develop a career within the company This is a site position, we require you to be available to work from our sites in Medellin: Tigo Sede Principal, Rivana Business Park Cra. 48 #20-45
