## Job description

Our Online Casino Dealers come from many different backgrounds, including customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, entertainment, and other people-facing roles. No previous casino experience is required — we provide paid training.

### What You’ll Do

Deal live casino games like Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and Poker on camera. Chat naturally with players about pop culture, sports, music, and trivia. Handle cards and game equipment accurately. Keep conversations friendly, upbeat, inclusive, and entertainment-focused. Who Thrives Here This role is great for people who are comfortable being on camera, staying focused, and interacting with others in a professional way.

Strong fits include: Customer service workers Retail employees Restaurant and hospitality workers Performers or entertainers Recent grads People interested in casino games or live entertainment Anyone with a confident, friendly personality No casino dealer experience is required. We will train you.

## Qualifications
- Must be at least
- 21 years old High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable working on camera
- Strong communication skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Able to pass required background checks Able to obtain a Michigan gaming license — we help with the process
