THE ROLE As the Principal Communications Leader & Head of Story Labs (IC6), you will serve as Everpure’s chief narrative architect, transforming complex B2B technology initiatives into high-impact keynotes and owned storytelling experiences. Reporting directly to the Head of Executive Communications, you will partner with C-suite executives to shape strategic messaging, establish brand narrative standards, and position Everpure as an industry visionary. This hands-on player-coach role bridges high-level enterprise vision with executive presentation craft and visual storytelling. If you excel at turning abstract tech concepts into captivating visual keynotes and broad market content that moves global audiences, this role offers an extraordinary platform. ### WHAT YOU'LL DO Architect & Design Executive Keynotes: Partner with C-suite leaders to craft high-stakes keynote presentations, turning raw concepts into visually compelling, executive-ready stories using advanced PowerPoint and Keynote design. ### Translate Complex Tech into Thought Leadership Author and produce high-impact articles, whitepapers, and blogs that translate B2B technology architectures—including AI, cloud infrastructure, and cyber resilience—into distinct market content. ### Direct High-Impact Multimedia Campaigns Lead end-to-end production of executive videos and digital storytelling projects, managing creative partners and production budgets to maximize global audience engagement. ### Scale Story Labs Frameworks Establish repeatable editorial standards, content governance, and visual workflows that elevate storytelling consistency across all executive communications. ### Drive Narrative Reach & Analytics Track and analyze key reach and engagement metrics across executive channels, leveraging performance data to continually refine enterprise storytelling strategies. WHAT YOU BRING Mastery in Visual & Written Storytelling: Expertise in combining narrative structure, technical storytelling, visual design, and presentation typography to transform executive ideas into polished, market-facing keynotes and published content. ### Deep B2B & Enterprise Tech Literacy Demonstrated proficiency in translating complex technology landscapes—such as cloud infrastructure, data management, and AI trends—into clear, compelling narratives for executive and external stakeholders. ### C-Suite Advisory & Strategic Diplomacy Proven ability to act as a trusted counselor to senior leadership, with the confidence and diplomacy to challenge ideas constructively and refine executive positioning. ### Hands-On Presentation & Visual Design Advanced expertise in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote) and design applications (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma) to independently execute top-tier executive visual assets without relying on external design delegation. ### Office Expectations We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave. #LI-ONSITE Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. There is no application deadline and we accept applications on an ongoing basis until the job is filled.
