## Job description

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Benchmark Operator to join the CFBF team. The position will be based in Prague, and start 1 November 2026. You will report to the CFBF Managing Director.

You will primarily be responsible for: Operating and maintaining various financial benchmarks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards Monitoring benchmark data, performing quality checks and resolving discrepancies Supporting the calculation and publication of benchmark values in a timely manner Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and provide information Contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives within benchmark operations Assisting in the implementation of new benchmarks and updates to existing methodologies Preparing reports and documentation for regulatory and internal purposes Your profile:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and data management tools; familiarity with SQL or VBA is a plus
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics or a related field One to three years of experience in financial operations, data analysis or benchmark administration is a plus Fluent in English; Czech language skills are an advantage
