Apply today and be part of a team as unique as you! ### Position Overview We are seeking a Retail Business Banking (RBB) Relationship Manager to join our v Banking Team in Athens, part of External Networks & Alternative Channels within Retail Banking Networks at Eurobank. In this role, you will be responsible for providing holistic service and developing relationships with assigned Retail Business Banking Prime customers through video banking, an innovative communication channel that supports personalized and efficient customer service. As an RBB Relationship Manager @v Banking, you will contribute to achieving the strategic and business objectives of the RBB Segment by building strong relationships with business customers, identifying commercial opportunities and driving the business plan of your area of responsibility. The position also offers the opportunity to strengthen your knowledge of digital communication channels and contribute to the development of an innovative banking service in the Greek market. Your key responsibilities will be: Interact with business customers to understand their needs and identify appropriate solutions. Contribute to achieving the strategic objectives and business targets of Retail Business Banking. Identify opportunities to generate new business and increase revenue and profitability for the channel. Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of up to 350 RBB customers through video banking. Analyze, investigate and address the needs of assigned RBB Prime customers. Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers by providing advisory support on their business activities and personal banking needs. Keep customers informed about market trends and competitive developments. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available online products and services to identify solutions tailored to customers’ needs. ### You will be a great candidate if you Have 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in the banking sector. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field. A postgraduate degree will be considered an asset. Hold professional certifications in RBB (Level II) and Insurance Mediation (Type A). Have a good command of English, both written and spoken. Are proficient in the MS Office suite. Demonstrate a strong focus on self-development and continuous learning.
