The "Internship" Level is the main entry point into ELC, important to understand the work environment within a dynamic and multinational context, to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function. #ELC Creative Visual Merchandising The Role The Visual Merchandising Assistant supports the execution of visual strategies across the national perimeter, ensuring brand consistency and impactful in-store experiences. This role combines creativity with analytical skills to deliver high-quality visual solutions that enhance product visibility and drive customer engagement.
