MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责 - Manage daily activites in Customer service, Warehouse, Logistic and Purchase - Optimize procedure,organization and SOP - Provide safe and suitable environment for people, products and equipments - Monitor and report monthly indicators (QOH, Inventory level, Service, Call center) - Cooperate with other departments and customers for overall improvement - Enhance human resource management and provide training - Control department expenses within budget and keep overall cost effective and efficient - Implementation of 5S and EHS to be compliance - Follow instruction from direct report. ### RELATIONSHIP EXTERNAL & INTERNAL 内部和外部关系 Internal Contacts TGT Production, Greater China Operation and IT team. ### External Contacts Customers JOB SPECIFICATION 工作要求 Experience 经验 At least 3 years in supervisory position essential Previous experience in a similar role.
