Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. ### Your role Mechanical Design Leader Main responsibilities - Lead and coordinate the mechanical design team (up to 10 people) Estimate engineering hours and monitor project progress Consultation with the PMO regarding project progress and management - Promote technical standardization and innovation together with other ### COE Technical Leaders - Ensure consistency between 3D models, drawings and BOM Support preliminary design reviews and proof of concept activities Main requirements: Industrial automation knowledge Expert CAD tools (SolidWorks or Creo) PDM/PLM systems (Windchill preferred) Machinery directives and safety standards GD&T and technical drawings Pneumatic design knowledge Basic knowledge of ROI and Payback Languages Italian: Fluent English: Fluent Recruiting process Our recruitment process may vary; If you are selected, you will be contacted by our recruiters to guide you through the specific steps for your application.​ Salary Package: Annual Gross Salary: 45.000 Eur – 55.000 Eur Comprehensive Benefits Package: Supplementary Health insurance coverage Supplementary Pension Plan Access to the EssilorLuxottica Corporate Welfare Catalog Transportation – Discounted pass Meal Vouchers as per company guidelines Exclusive employee discounts on company products Company-provided laptop and mobile phone Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment​ We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
