The Dudley, MA facility is home to Operations, Global Lens Engineering, and Research and Development teams that work together to develop, pilot and manufacture, semi-finished, polycarbonate lenses for premium markets. We also supply coatings, inks, inserts and other innovative products to customers throughout the world. Our team members bring our mission to life each and every day by helping people see a brighter world. ### JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL FUNCTION Perform a variety of duties related to lens manufacturing. As a member of a high performance team, you will be responsible for a variety of jobs. As the team progresses, you, along with your team members will be a key decision maker in the operation of your part of the business. ### MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the production of ophthalmic lenses, which includes, degating, inspection, inking, and packaging. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Job experience will be considered in place of a high school diploma or GED. The ability to pass an eye exam. Manual dexterity. A mix of standing and sitting is required. Some lifting up to 20 lbs. required. Anyone 18 years or older may apply. Ability to work in a controlled room environment Team-oriented mindset Strong communication skills Positive can-do attitude ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or GED. Manufacturing experience is a plus. ### Pay Range 18.14 - 26.00 This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
