Your Role As a licensed optician, you will work with support, advice, assessments, complaints/returns, and other customer service matters such as order registration, delivery, and invoice inquiries. It is very important that our customers feel they are treated in a friendly and professional manner and receive competent support. Since much of the customer contact is via phone, it is crucial that you feel very comfortable speaking on the phone, have a positive attitude, and can handle all types of customers and inquiries. We also hope you truly love lenses and fitting. With your optician background, you will support the rest of the team with your expertise. ### Main Responsibilities - Order management Product information Delivery and invoice inquiries Other customer service matters Main Requirements: Is a licensed optician with at least three years of experience working as an optician Enjoys working with customers via phone and email - Ability to handle various customer types and inquiries with empathy and patience Enjoys troubleshooting and analyzing optical issues Enjoys working in a team Is well-versed in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Has good proficiency in English, both spoken and written Positive, proactive attitude - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Comfortable working with internal systems and databases #LI-LM1 Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment​ We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
