This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the product lifecycle with a focus on New Product Introductions (NPIs), within a dynamic and innovative company. AREAS OF ### RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: (Order the responsibilities by importance, specifying a title for each one) ### NPI Management Support the Creation and management of product codification at various stages and gates. Interaction with the Go-To-Market and product development team for the management of NPI codes and related market launches. ### Analytics Management Support the Team on weekly presentations, NPI KPIs weekly monitoring through excel analisis. ### NETWORK OF INTERACTION (Describe the relations between the position and internal department/functions and/or external actor) ### INTERNAL Product Strategy, Go to Market EXTERNAL: TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE (Order the technical skills needed by importance, WHAT ARE THE ### REQUIREMENTS THAT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE?) Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.. Analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and integrity of core product data. Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility. Experience in managing core product data or releated studies on data management. Your role We are looking for an intern who will join our Product Management Department of our Operations HQ of Agordo (BL). ### Main responsibilities - Collaborate in defining feasibility requirements for new projects. - Help the supervisor with integration and exchange of information among the functions involved in project execution. - Collaborate with sales department to formulate offers and product proposals. - Collaborate in preparating of technical documentation to support the entire project. - Develops detailed scheduling and preparing documents(e.g. Gantt charts, etc) Main requirements - Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering or STEM - Proficiency in Italian and English - Good knowledge of the Office suite What’s in it for you In EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
