Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. Service Technician Team Lead Based Croatia or Slovenia | Regional Scope (Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria & Slovenia) Lead a team. Stay hands-on. Make an impact. At EssilorLuxottica, we're looking for a Service Technician Team Lead to support our Instruments business across Southeast Europe. This role is ideal for an experienced field service professional who wants to take the next step into leadership without moving away from technology and customer interaction. You'll remain actively involved in technical interventions while guiding a team of technicians across the region. ### Your Responsibilities - Lead, support and develop a team of Service Technicians across Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Slovenia - Coordinate service activities and monitor key service performance indicators - Share technical expertise, coach colleagues and promote best-practice exchange - Manage complex technical cases and support troubleshooting efforts - Perform installations, maintenance, repairs and customer support activities, particularly in Croatia - Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure excellent customer experience - Identify customer needs and relay business opportunities through CRM ### What We're Looking For Technical degree or equivalent experience in Electronics, Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field - Strong experience in field service, technical support or equipment maintenance Hands-on troubleshooting skills with complex technical equipment - Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and take ownership - Strong communication and customer-facing skills Leadership potential with a collaborative and coaching mindset Previous people management experience is a plus, not a requirement Fluency in English and local language Willingness to travel across the region Why Join Us?
