Job Duties/Responsibilities Develop and administer training to TCC Operators in accordance with the organization’s Systematic Approach to Training. Work with Operations Management to develop annual training plans. Work with Line Management on projects that impact operator responsibility, tasks and tools used by the training department and the operators. Administer operator qualifications and modify tasks as needed while ensuring PER-005 compliance.
