During this time the candidate will work on outage project planning, engineering design and review packages, and root cause analysis investigations while maintaining safe work practices at all times. Additional assignments will include time working with the maintenance and operations departments in attempt to gain a better understanding of power plant principles. Other specific assignments will be assigned based on skill set or training needs. ### Job Requirements Working in a team environment to assist in day-to-day activities, including but not limited to: Computer skills–- familiar with various databases, as well as Windows environment and Microsoft toolkit (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint) - Must have good communication and Customer Service skills - Demonstrated ability to apply engineering principles Have the ability to understand procedures, programs, and standards within their area of discipline Good interpersonal skills along with strong written and oral communication skills. Possess the ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities.
