## Job description

### Description
- Assist to review and improve the key processes of the Facilities Management and make necessary recommendation/solutions.
- Assist in Customer Service Excellence Programme

### Support project management
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

### Assist in day-to-day tasks
- Support various operational activities, including administrative tasks, document preparation, scheduling meetings, and organizing events.

### Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Work closely with different departments or teams to understand their objectives and provide assistance as needed.

### Provide general support
- Assist team members with ad hoc requests, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to ensure smooth workflow and effective teamwork Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field

### Strong communication skills
- Ability to express ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, and actively engage in team discussions.

### Detail-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, documents, or any other tasks.

### Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to think critically, analyze information, and propose practical solutions to challenges
