## Job description

### Responsibilities

Responsible for cost management, procurement support and contract administration for Design & Build data center projects
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for CSA works at various project stages
- Monitor project costs, track variations, and support value engineering initiatives
- Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking for civil, structural, and architectural elements
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and provide recommendations
- Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, and cost breakdowns for CSA packages
- Assist in the administration of subcontracts and main contracts for CSA scope
- Assess and certify progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
- Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with contractual terms
- Review subcontractor progress claims and prepare payment recommendations
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants on CSA matters
- Provide cost advice during design development and construction phases Requirements Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent At least
- 3 years experience in CSA quantity surveying or construction projects In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry
- Understand bid/tender documents/drawings/specification
