In this role, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Global IT teams to improve business processes, strengthen customer data, support Salesforce readiness, and deliver insights that help teams work smarter and serve customers better. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Champion CRM process improvements and best practices across the MEA region. Drive CRM adoption, user engagement, and change management initiatives. Support Salesforce readiness activities, including process alignment, training, and business engagement. Improve customer and account data quality through strong data governance practices. Enhance digital customer experiences through platforms such as MyEmerson. Deliver reporting, analytics, and insights that support business decisions. Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve productivity and customer engagement. ### Who You Are You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You can translate business questions into clear reports, measures, and actionable insights. You communicate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed stakeholders. You work independently, manage priorities well, and escalate issues appropriately. ### For This Role, You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, CRM, process improvement, or related areas. Experience with Salesforce, Oracle CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms. Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
