We are looking for a Customer Order Fulfillment Specialist responsible for managing customer orders after booking through delivery completion. Acting as the primary coordination point between customers and internal stakeholders, the role ensures effective order execution, delivery performance, customer communication, issue resolution, documentation compliance, and commercial requirement follow-up. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Customer Order Fulfillment Manage customer orders throughout the post-booking lifecycle until delivery completion. Monitor backlog, delivery commitments, shipment priorities, and fulfillment performance. Proactively identify and manage delivery risks and order execution issues. Coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Customer Communication Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and escalations related to order execution. Provide timely updates on order status, delivery commitments, and shipment progress. Documentation & Commercial Support Support shipment execution and management of trade-related documentation, including customer-specific requirements. Monitor commercial requirements such as payment status, collection follow-up, and invoicing support. Operational Excellence Maintain accurate ERP transactions and operational reports. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. ### Who You Are You respond promptly to customer requests and support customer satisfaction through timely follow-up. You build effective working relationships with customers and cross-functional partners. You identify and resolve order-related issues by seeking input from pertinent sources. You take action to address changing requirements and operational priorities. You maintain accuracy and deliver reliable results to meet customer and business needs. ### For This Role, You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing Support. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Experience in manufacturing operations. Experience with Oracle ERP or equivalent systems.
