Work as part of a team to develop and implement solutions to safety, quality, and production challenges. Update value stream maps, shop floor layouts, and perform time studies. Participate in kaizen events to eliminate waste and improve processes, assist with lean initiatives, and document workflow and results. Assist with various research, testing, and evaluations Process documentation, conduct data analysis, and perform manufacturing audits Assist with process improvement projects tied to manufacturing Complete projects as assigned by Engineering Manager. ### Who You Are You try different solutions for problems and learn from the results. You prepare content for communication that is impactful. ### For This Role, You Will Need Enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Engineering Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical and decision-making skills, and PC skills including Microsoft Office Experience working in a team environment Safety conscious Self-motivated and disciplined with a hands-on approach to problem solving Commitment to full-time (40 hour) Summer/Fall Co-op experience in Sherman, TX from January 2027-August 2027.
