Maintain document repositories and information systems, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and up to date. Organize and classify documents and information using established taxonomies and content standards. Perform regular reviews and audits to support information quality, accuracy, and compliance. Create and maintain documentation for knowledge and information management processes and workflows. Support knowledge management initiatives and continuous improvement activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and maintain business information. Support compliance with ISO standards and organizational information governance policies. ### Who You Are You are detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You take a structured and analytical approach to organizing information and solving problems. You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with colleagues across different functions. You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to improve how information is organized, maintained, and shared. ### For This Role, You Will Need 1-2 years of professional experience in data, information, document, content, or knowledge management. Experience with document management and document maintenance processes. Working knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or equivalent. Basic understanding of knowledge management principles and practices. Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. ### Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Library Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM systems. Knowledge of KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) methodology and best practices. Experience with enterprise content management (ECM) systems.
