Instructor will conduct training in person, web, and recorded video. This role will also include auditing as well. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Conducts technical training in-person, virtual and in video to our customers, impact partners, and personnel - Assists with development of training materials, updating materials and proofing - Ensures technical accuracy of the training material - Participate in the development and continual improvement of course curriculum - Maintain, repair, manage training equipment Grading of exams, and collection of training surveys - Gather and research technical information, including engineering and development information, for use in course development activities - Participate in new product development activities and gather information for instruction manuals and training course creation - Work closely with product teams, engineering, and service to maintain a high degree of technical expertise on assigned training topics, and product offerings - Perform audits on impact partners, assemblers and VR repairs Who You Are: You attentively listen to others and provide timely and helpful information to others across the organization. Able to relates comfortably with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of three (3) years of experience in service repair, assembly, related product sales, applications, or engineering will be considered. - Must be able to communicate effectively and manage multiple activities Self-motivated and able to thrive in both a team and a highly autonomous setting - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel etc.) - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time ### Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: 5+ years of experience teaching technical/mechanical content Experience with mechanical products such as regulators, valves, compressors, pumps, and process equipment Our Culture & Commitment to You: At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
