In this role, you will help coordinate field service activities, support documentation and administrative processes, maintain operational data, and work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to the successful delivery of technical services to customers. This internship offers valuable exposure to service operations while developing professional and analytical skills within Emerson's innovative and inclusive culture. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Support the planning, coordination, and logistical preparation of field service activities at customer sites. Assist in the preparation, management, and maintenance of safety-related documentation, including Operational Safety Plans and other required records. Support service completion reporting, administrative follow-up activities, and invoicing processes. Maintain and update reports, databases, and operational records using Microsoft Excel and other business tools. Collaborate with Field Service, Operations, and other internal teams to help ensure effective scheduling and execution of service activities. Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and operational effectiveness. Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and in accordance with company policies and customer requirements. ### Who You Are You build collaborative relationships and work effectively with others to achieve shared goals. You communicate clearly and openly, helping to create an environment where ideas, perspectives, and information are shared constructively. ### For This Role, You Will Need Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a Bachelor's degree program in Economics, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. A proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement. Authorization to work in the location where the position is based. Proficiency in English. ### Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Previous internship, academic project, or practical experience supporting business operations, customer service, administration, or service-related activities. Knowledge of reporting tools, data management, or process coordination. Familiarity with safety documentation processes in industrial or technical environments. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with operational data.
