[Apply on Emerson Electric’s careers site →](https://hdjq.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1/job/26010600) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Emerson Electric](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/emerson-electric/) / Assistant Manager/ Manager - Business Development ## Job description In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Take ownership of Precision Fluid Control Target Closely monitor market trend and plan strategies with senior leadership to meet business target Drive Strategic Growth Programs/New Products Sales through channel partner and region for incremental growth Support channel partner and region. - Review periodically to drive growth - Drive project enquiries through region and support factory in execution Periodic review with Application Engineer (AE) to drive business plan, extend support for Customer Feedback (CFB) and DEMO Visit prospective customers with channel partner, regional team and stand alone for technical discussion & Business development - Work closely with world areas for commercial and & technical support Who You Are: You are responsible for Industrial Automation Sales, managing existing Customers, Developing New Customers and Business Opportunities by Competition Conversion and Growth Programs. Generate additional business with Solution Selling, Synergy Products within BU and cross BU product selling. ### For This Role, You Will Need Experience in selling Regulator, Control valve, On-off valve would add advantage Technically minded with minimum of 10-15 years of significant work experience. Wiliness to travel across India Technical skill to technical drive discussion with oil & gas, Aerospace & Defense (A&D) and semiconductor customers Strong understanding in commercial aspects Effective oral and written communication with excellent presentation skills. ### Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: BE/BTECH in E&I / Mechanical with 10 years’ experience in handling Sales & Business Development of Field Instruments, Valves & Regulators Basic knowledge of High Pressure Regulators and Valves are preferable. ### Our Culture & Commitment to You At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
