In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications while leveraging modern software development practices and AI-powered engineering tools. This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful technologies that drive innovation and operational excellence. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern engineering practices and Agile methodologies. Contribute to the technical design, architecture, and implementation of new features, enhancements, and product capabilities. Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to plan, estimate, and deliver high-quality solutions. Perform code reviews and help maintain high standards for quality, security, performance, and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while providing timely support when needed. Utilize AI-powered development and productivity tools to improve software quality, testing efficiency, and delivery outcomes. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Create and maintain technical documentation and support engineering activities as required. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote software engineering best practices. ### Who You Are You consistently apply critical thinking to solve complex problems and make sound decisions based on available information. You communicate clearly and effectively, adapting your approach to support successful collaboration and project delivery. ### For This Role, You Will Need Proficiency in C#,.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.js. Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level software applications. Experience using AI-powered software development and productivity tools. Working knowledge of Git and version control best practices. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and software architecture concepts. Experience working across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) within Agile development environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management capabilities. Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully within cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Approximately 8 to 10 years of relevant software engineering experience. ### Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience within the Industrial Automation domain. Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks. Familiarity with front-end development tools and libraries such as npm, webpack, and Material UI. Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
