Partner with engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and documentation teams to enable smooth and efficient project execution. Monitor and manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, revenue recognition, and profitability. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on project‑related communication, issue resolution, and escalation management. Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, resource plans, and progress reporting. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and reporting requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution efficiency, tools, and processes. Collaborate with regional and global project management teams to resolve execution challenges and share best practices. Lead project review meetings and provide clear, timely updates to internal stakeholders and leadership. Foster a collaborative, customer‑focused, and safety‑driven project environment. ### Who You Are You take ownership for delivering results and make timely, well‑reasoned decisions, even in complex or fast‑changing situations. You communicate clearly and confidently, building trust with customers and partners across functions and cultures. You learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and proactively identify risks and opportunities. You value collaboration and work effectively with diverse teams to achieve shared goals. ### For This Role, You Will Need Experience leading customer‑facing projects in engineering, systems, software, automation, or related technical environments. Working knowledge of project planning, scheduling, financial tracking, and risk management. Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a structured yet flexible way. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, internal teams, and leadership. Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken. ### Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience working in multinational or APAC project environments. Familiarity with industrial automation, process automation systems, or industrial software. Experience using ERP systems or project management and reporting tools.
