[Apply on Emerson Electric’s careers site →](https://hdjq.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1/job/26011311) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Emerson Electric](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/emerson-electric/) / ISV Order Entry Reno ## Job description In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: SAP Skills - Work across multiple disciplines to ensure orders are entered, forwarded to the correct entity, scheduled, and executed in a timely manner Checking - Ensure sales orders have been entered correctly to ensure correct product specification, agreed delivery, certification, and documentation requirements - Processes Responsible to understand and bring to light discrepancies in tasks assigned and propose options to resolve Communication - Ability to work across departments to provide answers to customers regarding their purchase orders. ### Who You Are Previous experience in data entry, order processing, or customer service preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Customer-focused with the ability to work effectively across teams. ### For This Role, You Will Need Suitable degree in business related field or equivalent experience Preferred 1+ year in the flow control industry with knowledge of valve and actuation applications or related knowledge of fluid mechanics and electro-mechanical equipment Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Experience using MS office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Experience using Oracle applications ### Highly Preferred Experience using SAP Highly Preferred - Ability to remain calm under pressure, acknowledge mistakes, and possess emotional intelligence/diplomacy - Ability to manage time and carry out orders efficiently and effectively Effectively work across company departments to produce quick results - Demonstrated ability to work remote/independently ### Job Competencies Action Oriented - Communicates Effectively Customer Focus - Drives Results Interpersonal Savvy Our Offer To You: This job description outlines the general nature and level of work expected for this position; it is not a comprehensive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
