In this role, you will support tax compliance, reporting, and accounting activities across multiple legal entities, helping ensure alignment with applicable regulations and internal policies. You will contribute to federal and local tax return preparation, tax reconciliations, audit support, and regulatory compliance activities while building expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Support tax compliance activities under U.S. GAAP and Mexican GAAP requirements. Assist in the accurate and timely preparation and submission of federal and local tax returns. Support tax accounting processes, including account reconciliations and related analyses. Collaborate with internal teams to provide information and documentation during tax, social security, and local authority audits. Assist with compliance activities related to REPSE, CONDUSEF, and CNBV requirements for assigned entities. Prepare and support Value Added Tax (VAT) refund requests and associated documentation. Help maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and company policies. Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and data accuracy within tax operations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders while supporting cross-functional initiatives and compliance projects. ### Who You Are You effectively handle multiple priorities and navigate complex situations with attention to detail and sound judgment. You proactively plan, organize, and align activities to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance. You focus on delivering results, continuously learning, and finding solutions that contribute to business success and operational excellence. ### For This Role, You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience supporting tax, accounting, finance, or compliance-related processes. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Mexican GAAP tax reporting and compliance principles. Understanding of tax provisions, calculations, and reconciliation activities. Experience supporting internal or external audit requests and documentation. Familiarity with VAT returns, tax filings, and related regulatory requirements. Intermediate English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a regulated environment. ### Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience working in a multinational or international business environment. Exposure to tax compliance requirements for regulated entities. Knowledge of REPSE, CONDUSEF, and CNBV reporting obligations. Experience using ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Demonstrated interest in expanding knowledge of tax compliance, accounting, and regulatory frameworks.
